Civil Process Division

The Civil Process Division of the Hampton County Sheriff's Office is responsible for serving and executing civil legal documents issued by the courts. Our dedicated team of deputies ensures that all civil process matters are handled with professionalism, integrity, and efficiency.

Services provided by the Civil Process Division include the serving of summonses, subpoenas, writs, and other court orders to individuals and businesses involved in legal proceedings. In addition to serving legal documents, the Civil Process Division also oversees the execution of court-ordered evictions, property seizures, and asset repossessions.
